• The badge can be displayed on websites, blogs and other marketing materials. Note: Online
• displayed badges must link to Author Profile on EnergizedSeller.com
• Author will have extra exposure throughout the consumer site www.EnergizedSeller.com
• Bio, photo and link to company website and social media outlets.
• Listed in the directory of ?Featured Authors? with a page archiving all of your submitted
• articles.
• Highlighted throughout the site in random featured article sections.
• Articles will include quality back-links to the author?s websites in order to increase their SEO
• rankings. Note: This only works well if the content is original and not republished throughout
• the Internet.
• Extra exposure when articles are chosen to be featured in RESA and Energized subsidiaries newsletters. RESA and Energized Seller?s newsletter databases consists of agents, stagers and other real estate related professionals reaching approximately 20,000 readers.

Requirements for being a featured author:

• Be a member in good standing with RESA.
• Be a member of EnergizedSeller.com and agree to the terms of service.
• Complete the featured author application; with samples of articles, bio and professional photo.
• Commit to write 12 educational consumer based articles (1 article/month), articles must meet the guidelines of the EnergizedSeller criteria and include one-royalty-free and
• copyright cleared photo per article.
• Allow articles to be used exclusively on EnergizedSeller.com for 3 weeks before publishing on other sites and media. You will always own the article and you may publish elsewhere after 3 weeks.
